This Woodward Twin Cabinet Actuator Governor System manufactured in Rockford,Illinois is in 2018 still the worlds largest type of turbine water wheel governor unit made. Most all these units are still in operation but have been upgraded to digital components for the 21st century hydro-electric control operations. History in the making!
