This 1950's Woodward field service picture shows an experimental Woodward PG-500 type hydraulic governor fitted up to a Leffel turbine water wheel. The Woodward vertical compensating mechanical type governor in the left of the picture has been disconnected and was sold back to the Woodward Governor Company.
