This painting was located on the office lobby wall in all the Woodward Governor Company facilities in to the early 1990's. After the Woodward Governor Company's C.E.O. Cal Covert died the picture was taken down and two Woodward factories closed. History made in 1994! Out with the old,in with the new. Change is good!
