This was the Brew Masters house that was on the property right behind the original part of the bottle house building.

John Zappa was the last Brew Master to live in this house before Art Oksuita purchased and moved this house two blocks down the road on Water Street in the 1970's. The brewery added on to their bottle house so the structure had to go. History in the making.
