Notice at the top of the brewery the brew kettle's chimney with steam billowing out from a rolling boil of wort at 212 degrees Fahrenheit. We were brewing 24 hours a day for 5-6 days per week trying to keep up with demand. The front building is the boiler room(2 natural gas boilers made in 1954)with a small pressure pipe with steam coming out of it.
