The Woodward Mill House contains 2 large irrigation water pumps for watering the lawn, shrubs and trees on the 57 acres of Woodward property. Image is everything for Woodward customers visiting this facility. Woodward moved and sold this property in 1995 and it is now owned by the Spectra Print Commercial Printing Company. What a diamond in the rough this property is in the year 2021.
