The Woodward Governor Company's main worker entrance and Security Gate House was located by the corner of the new road. The old driveway entrance went straight to Country Club Drive. Now the area is a drainage ditch.

The Woodward black iron fencing was located about half way up the new road embankment.

The CN Railroad added a second main line track next to the property.
