Shown in the upper left is the old Consolidated Water Power and Paper Company (now the Pixelle Specialty Solutions Company - www.pixelle.com). Most all the 25 hydroelectric power plants along the Wisconsin River have vintage Woodward turbine waterwheel governors still in operation since the 1940's. Picture credit John Hartman.
