Brad ground out this brew recipe which called for 4800 pounds of malt. The third floor above this scale has the Allis-Chalmers malt mill which grinds out 200 pounds of malt per minute. All old school brewing here at the Stevens Point Brewery. No computer processing or automation brewing the beer here.
