The Woodward Governor Company developed this property and owned it from 1985 through 1995 and sold the property to the Spectra Print Company for approximately $5 million dollars. The Woodward Governor Company took a $21 million dollar right off on this property on their annual report for 1995. It is all a numbers game for Corporate America. History in the making!
