- All the old Woodward black iron fencing has been removed.
- The Old Woodward Mill House.
- The original Woodward visitors entrance on their 57 acres of property.

- This frontage road named Woodward Drive was added when the state constructed a Railroad overpass on Country Club Drive.

- The CN Railroad added a second main line track next to the property.
- The new frontage "Woodward Drive" road added when the overpass was added.

- The Woodward driveway goes all the way around in the back to the main buildingto the shipping docks. The old Garden House (had 15 workers) in at the end of this picture.
