Creation date
- The main aging celler built in the 1890's with 4 inches of cork insulation on the walls and ceiling.
- The air horns that were sounded daily years ago at 7:00a.m, 12:00 noon and 3:00p.m.
- Running off the wort, raising the steam temperature, going into a boil in the brew kettle.
- This malt scale is used everyday to grind out malt to weigh it for the next brew.
- Looking at the 600 barrel aging tanks in the F celler. There are 9 of these aging tanks in this celler.
- 18,000 gallons of Point beer aging slowly in each tank x 9 tanks in this celler.
